    You know the first day i did insanity which was the fit test i counldnt breath and i was exhausted. I cried because their was know way i could do this for 60 whole days, but now im in my second week i feel confident that i can finish this… i want my insanity tshirt. with the help of god and my family i will succeed.

    I thought P90x was hard, but you have to be in sane to do insanity. I complain but my husband knows I love it. Just to know that I’ve got to dig deeper to get through the workout and when it’s over and the sweat is dripping and I do mean dripping, you feel great that you did it. And to know that each time you do more than the first time and more the next.

    This workout is great for increasing your cardio. I hoped for a better ab results, but lower body was great. Its lots of leg work. It says your should eat 5 meals a day, which I did not do. Maybe if I had I would have seen better results. I realized by getting my metabolism going faster I would have gotten better results. I recommend adhering to the meal plan, and dont skip workouts. But beware it is a hard as they say it is.

    This is the perfect complement to my already comprehensive fitness training. I am a BodyAttack, Spin, and traditional instructor and I LOVE the cardio high that I have been getting from just the few videos that I have done. I skipped around and picked the hardest ones first… Great for all you cardio junkies out there and also a great addition to any current resistance training that you already do. I do not normally enjoy working out at home but I have definitely been reccommending this.
    You know 10 years ago I went to states for wrestling and that 17 year old would laugh at me for the shape I am in. Thinking about that I decided to take the insanity challenge. Little did I know what I was in for WOW. I have never felt so out of shape in my life. The fit test put me to my knees and I was ready to quit but then the voice of that 17 year old and Shaun T picked me up and put me back on the saddle. Now I am mid-way through the second week and I feel great. This product is amazing.

    In the past, I’ve always been big on working out, done many types of workouts but had a bump in the road the last year. In september, I started the weight watchers plan and started working out again with p90x, power jam, power 90 master series, and my own eliptical machine but found that I wanted even more extreme, especially cardio workouts. Something to push my abilities to the brink. This is it. This is cardio work like I’ve never seen before. GET IT IF YOU DARE. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.

    Week one finished and I earned my day off.This is the most physically intense workout I have ever experienced. Workouts leave me wrung out and feeling wonderful. Already I can see results and I have never felt better. I look forward to my workouts with excitement and a little anxiety because I know that each time I am going to get my butt kicked. INSANITY

    I started this program 4 weeks ago. I thought I was in pretty good shape until I started insanity. I can tell a diffrence in my abds and my leg… I LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout.

    I am a 44 year old mother of 4. I’ve done 9 workouts so far and I’m already seeing improvement. I would recommend beginners start with an easier program and then use this to fine tune yourself, and take yourself up to an extreme level. It’s very difficult, but very rewarding. Shaun T is AWESOME – a great motivator. You feel like he’s in the room with you, pushing you.

    Recently saw the commercial for this product and got a copy of it.It seems very interesting and since I am currently doing a six week training program. I am looking forward for the New Year to start this workout and to get an INSANE body too.

    I just finished my first week of INSANITY and I absolutly love it. I would recomend it to anyone who want a body like the people in the video. Its intense but it keeps me going I look forward to every workout…

    This is a crazy workout program. I am in my second week. It is insane but fun at the same time. You will feel like dying during each workout, but afterward, you become energized. Unlike mos others, my goal is to gain weight in muscle instead of losing weight. Try it to feel it.

    I just finished my 9th day of INSANITY and this program is insane. I was a tri-athlete in high school (Soccer, Basketball, and Track) and never have I sweated so much during a workout. I laughed everytime I saw the INSANITY TV commercial, but the more I watched it the closer I got to actually taking the challenge. The Fit Test was a HUGE reality check and it only motivated me more to finish this program. After 9 days, the hardest part of this program is the meals and how to spread them out . NO JUNK FOOD, NO ALCOHOL, NO GREASY FOODS!!! If you can eat right, then you CAN get insane! Shaun T created the guidelines and workouts, all you have to do is DIG DEEPER and do them. 51 more days to go and I will be asking for my INSANITY T-Shirt

    Ok, I just got insanity and all I can say is WOW! I am a very accomplished former wrestler and have been out of it for about 10 years now, I am 33 and want to be in shape like I was 23. So I bought insanity. I put in the dvd and took the fit test, I gave 100% and was even keeping up with the instructors, until about the half way point, that’s when my dinner had plans to not stay where I put it, so that was the end to my first night of insanity. I’m ready to do it again tonight and keep doing it until I can get thru the entire test without gassing. Then I will feel confident to continue with the rest of the 60 days. I am determined to be in the shape I used to be if not better!!!

    I turn 40 soon and wanted a fitness program that would give fast results and something to keep me motivated. I’m now on my 2nd month of the insanity workout, I have lost 42lb in 6 weeks and my body is now in the best shape that it has ever been. f It is quite incredible to see how toned my body is after such a short period of time.The workouts are very hard, but with perseverance and determinaton it is well worth the effort.. When I started out I was out of shape and quite unfit..My fitness is getting there day by day, when I first started out I cried at the end of each workout because it was so intense…but I have learnt never to give up and I find that Shaun is very good at motivating you to carry on.. I had a 2 week break before starting on the 2nd month. I wake up an hour earlier to complete the workouts and although i have not stuck religiously to the workouts , I find the results phenomenol…my energy levels are now through the roof…I do try to get in at least 3 meals a day and the only thing that has changed in my diet is the alcohol intake which i reduced from everyday to twice a week instead. This is by far the best workout that I have ever done and I intend to carry on well after the 60 days . I absolutely love Insanity and love the high intensity workouts that i don’t think that I’ll ever buy a better workout then this.

    I started the Insanity challenge 9 days ago with my brother, his wife, and my best friend. This is by far the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. However, doing it with three others, is the most amazing kind of motivation. We make Insanity our facebook status updates regularly and have picked up three more folks and more have inquired about joining us. We’re going to have to move the workouts to my garage because there are so many of us now. This has me dropping sweat on my nice hardwood floors after just the warmup, and at the end I feel both rejuvenated and completely wiped out. Get it if you dare… the rest day is always soooooo sweet!

    I started it yesterday and I can’t hardly walk today! I am motivated to keep going, and I hope that I woun’t be so sore in the second week! I will probably do the first week two times, since I couldn’t finish the first day of plyometrics. I belive that if I keep up with it and don’t quit I will be able to finish the whole workout and get good results!

    i think that insanity is a great way to lose weight and i saw results in like a week of none stop work outs and its fun and painful and its also stress bomb for me so for you all that ain’t got this workout right here than you are missing out on some great workouts. oh and they are only 30min so nobody can compete with that. if they can that its a lie. so stay strong don’t stop unless needed take short water breaks and jump right back into it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET IN SANE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

    Wow I just did the first fit test. Its about 30 mons long. Iam drenchef on sweat and I feel like I’ve been working out for 2 hours. I’m worn out. So far a great work out.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE this program!!! I am 3 weeks in and down 15 lbs. I am starting to get a 6 pack. I haven’t had super flat abs since High School! I have tried every program out ther and this one is Definately the BEST! Thanks Shaun-T!!! You rock!

    Having been a dancer for most of my life, I used to be incredibly healthy… Unfortunately, I have not been active for the passed few years. I am still petite, but in terrible shape. My husband and I decided to give Insanity a try a couple months ago and for that I am so grateful! Shaun T is a wonderful motivator and the workout is truly insane! Already, my husband and I have seen drastic changes regarding our health and bodies. Once you get started (which is the hard part) Insanity is fun and you will feel fabulous after your workout. I highly recommend this workout regimen!!! Thank you Shaun T!!!

    My wife bougt me P90X a year ago…I completed the “Classic” workout wice…very hard..loved it…the following year my wife and kids bought me INSANITY. BOTH PRODUCTS are great. HOWEVER, INSANITY is awesome. I have been a gym rat for 20+ years and Shaun T has figured out how to take people out of their comfort levels. I will be starting month 2 of the workout and I totally look forward to physical challenges month 2 will bring. I am also incorporating some of the P90X weight workouts, yoga , and stretching routines after the INSANITY exercises…AWESOME…..I travel for business regularly and take the 1-2 DVD’s I need with me and do the INSANITY routine in my hotel room or in hotel gym….I have cancelled my Golds gym membership. INSANITY is awesome.

    First off, the name of the program is very appropiately named. THIS IS THE HARDEST WORKOUT I HAVE EVER DONE AND THE MOST REWARDING! When you describe it to others you will find yourself more than once saying, “It’s Insane!” and then be at a loss of words trying to grasp how to describe the intensity of all the workouts. Even the warm-up is the hardest warm-up I have ever done!

    I get so bored with doing the same tape over and over again. I’m on day 5 and am already seeing a flatter stomach. You never get bored doing the workouts and it’s an amazing feeling after you’re done and dripping sweat.

    p.s: guess what? I’m only 17!

    As an ex amature boxer, i said that the exercises were kind of simple, but after finishing the 60 day program it is the hardest and most satisfying workout i have ever done!! the results are incredible! i took a month off and started again! i feel great!! tks

    I HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP AND WOULD GO 5-7 DAYS A WEEK AND WORKOUT 2 hrs AT A TIME, DO PUSH-UPS EVERY DAY AND RUN, SO I THOUGHT I COULD DO THIS NO PROBLEM! HEC NO.!!! I LOVE A CHALLENGE AND THIS HAS GIVEN ME EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I SWEAT MORE DOING INSANITY THAN I DO WHEN I RUN FOR 6mi!! THIS IS THE BEST WORKOUT I’VE EVER DONE! I LOVE IT!! I GOT IT TO SEE IF THE PUDDLES OF SWEAT IN THE INFOMERCIAL WERE FABRICATED…THEY ARE NOT!! IT’S REAL!!

    I’m soon to be 56 years old. Completed the 60 day workout in at home in July. Continued my three day a week workout with weights in the gym during the insanity program. Love it!!! Dropped from 186 lbs to 178 lbs and 1/2 inch off the waist (6 ft tall). Today, I maintain the cardio by doing select Insanity workout three times a week with some weight training. Greatest challenge is not the cardio, but some aches and pains in hip, knee, etc. Its in my blood now and do not want to stop and rest to get better. Overall, eat pretty good, however, not enough protein to maintain my muscle. Was hoping lower abs would have improved more. Ultimately, need to follow a body builder diet for that result.

    The first day i started insanity i was like how the F@#k am i gonna get through this. It was so hard i thought i wasnt gonna make it. But when Shaun T. tells you to dig deeper he means it. So i dug deeper and now i know i can get through the workouts. After each workout you feel as if a train just hit you but youll feel like your on top of the world for doing this. Im now on my 50th day and i feel great ive lost alot of body fat i feel fit i can breathe better im more active and i have a positive attitude about everything now. It not only changes your body but also the way you think. At first i hated Shaun T. Because i thought how the hell does he expect me to do this but then i started listening and now i love him. Insanity to me is now really fun i love it! Thanks alot SHaun T. and team beachbody you guys are awsome. Trust me with the help of family friends and Shaun T. especially GOD. youll get the body you’ve always wanted.
